Discriminatory Statement Made

At roughly 11:30 am on Wed, 12/29/10, my co worker and myself strolled into among the Permanently 21 Apparel shops (Supply Mall, Westbury, NY) asking of a dress yourself in the screen. While my co worker questioned if she might try-on a which was about the model, she was informed no since it was their corporate plan to not undress the mannequins. She continued to express the mannequins get modified on Fridays. Our co worker went on to see her that she did not begin to see the gown on the ground and want to check it out on, the worker declined again worrying the truth that the mannequins get modified on Fridays. We returned in to the shop at about 1:00 pm to determine exactly the same salesgirl getting the dress of the model for another client, after I asked about this, she stated "Oh, this woman is truly likely to purchase the gown." I subsequently questioned her what did that declaration imply? She stated" I simply imply sheis gonna acquired since sheis certain she wishes it. Your buddy didn't understand if she needed it or not." I told her that I work-in retail & most folks have no idea when they wish to buy something till they check it out on, particularly females. The salesgirl vanished towards the back.
