No quality control

I introduced one of these simple bags on the internet and really was unhappy. The carrier appeared okay in the beginning look however the sewing was wonky and also the steel ring factor that retains the handle on bent delivering the handle after sporting the carrier only three times. I settled lots of cash for that carrier along with a fortune for delivery and was not pleased! Customer support avoided addressing my concerns and attempted to stress promote me another carrier rather!!
