False advertising

I put an order with Karmaloop.com totaling $275 to be able to get a marketing having said that use "Signal COOL: Free delivery on all purchases! 20% off and Free Delivery on purchases over $50! 25% and Free Delivery on purchases over $100! 30% and Free Delivery on purchases over $250 $20 Giftcard!".

After I did not obtain my $20 GC, I approached customer support plus they stated I had been not eligible for the $20 gift certificate since once 30% down was put on my purchase of $275, it had been no further $250.

The peculiar thing by what they're saying is the fact that the promotion is "30% and Free Delivery on purchases over $250 $20 Giftcard!". Please correct me easilyam wrong but I understand why to be always a packed offer.invest over $250 and obtain 30% off a $20 GC. That's what I am aware from their ad.

They didn't recognize this as well as in reality, their ad is deceptive if the things they say now's that the total-order despite the 30% should be over $250. They don't clearly define that within their marketing.

That Is undesirable and dishonest business training.
