Won't Respect Normal POA Documentation and keeps sending catalogs, etc. To elderly

This lender presents many apparel catalog sales businesses like Chawicks, BFA, etc. I've delivered a duplicate of my fianancial POA notice twice, requesting them to PLEASE quit delivering apparel magazines to my aged mother who continuously purchases and gets himself into messes. They decline and state I want a notarized, unique-form record. Other banks and insurance providers have easily approved my paperwork except this ensemble. They be seemingly cash-hungry sharks with small spirit, I believe.
