Cash paid, item not delivered!

I delivered a wire move on December 6th of 2006 to Storesbargain.com for that purchase of the TomTom Go 910 Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator for $347.00 along with a lender cost of $30. Within the first email I delivered them I tell them that I delivered the line transfer and emailed them a duplicate of the paperwork. They explained that after they obtained the wired Move they'll be delivering me the merchandise. I seek advice from my lender a few times later, who explained the lender in Italy had previously obtained the resources. I then e mailed Storesbargain about the 11th to question them once they will soon be delivering me the merchandise, since I have desired to understand if could be setting it up in my experience by Holiday (it had been something special). They explained that it'll be dealing with me over the following 2 to 5 times. It's today two times from the brand new year and that I haven't seen from their website. I tried calling them to obtain a following number and nothing. They've ceased answering me so when I contact they never get the telephone. I tried delivering numerous emails plus they do not answer. I've today approached my lender to begin a study and find out easily could possibly get my cash back. Our lender has become following-up with this and ideally I will acquire some solutions. I'll keep you published about the improvement. Therefore, don't conduct business with this particular organization.
