Noisy GE Washer - GE WASHER

Model# wpre6150k2wt the problem which is the wash cycle is extremly noisy.

The first machine had the shift tube and motor replaced twice. This could not correct. Ge replaced the machine and got the same problem.
Is there fix for this? Should i call ge again?
