Wrangler boots
Boots injured my heel

I purchased a set of Wrangler shoes at Wal Mart on 4/8 and settled $59.00 for them. I used them the 9th, 10th, and 11th. From the day of the 11th the shoes had used a pit in my own foot to wherever I really could barely go. I got the boots down and used my old shoes. After I got the shoes back again to Wal Mart the night of the 12th to switch them for another set the supervisor, whos title I didnot get, declined to switch them since I didnot have the container. I'd the bill for my puchase but apparantly which wasnot enough. All I needed was to switch the bootsand the supervisor declined to speak any more. Her conduct was rude and unprofessional, and never at-all consistent with Wal Mart plan of friendly service
