Damaged clothes / rude behavio

I'd utilized this dry-cleaner for 5 years when my dress-shirts began returning with openings. Following the first two tops, I informed the company as well as their whole attitude improved significantly from pleasant to really rough, disrespectful, and completely rude. I quit with no quality of the costly dress-shirts. Once the next Nautica top was delivered broken (at the very top of the yoke close to the collar), I again went thru an extremely rude dialogue which finished within the older guy in the company informing me he doesn't need me to come back and he currently declines all providers.in 5 years of patronage, it was my first criticism about support plus they currently WOn't offer any solutions. I highly recommend keeping away from e-commerce. Should you protest, you'll get handled poorly before any clients and informed to have a backpack, plus you have a good danger inside them damaging your garments.
