NO delivery NO refund

Bought a coat off site. I never received the coat. After contacting and calling for weeks when somebody eventually responded the telephone they advised me they did not have any to send me. I asked for my cash back. They stated not a problem they'll mail-me a refund check. Its been 2 weeks. I've not obtained a reimbursement or have I received the merchandise. I've needed to document a challenge with Credit.
