Soles falling apart

I would been an enormous lover of Ecco shoes for more than 10 years. But I'll not purchase another set since I Have had issues with numerous sets. The thing is that their bottoms change to mush and break apart. It is nearly as though they'd considered jello.

Our biggest gripe is the fact that their customer support department includes a couple of douche bags employed by them. They kept insisting the guarantee protection is just for just one year - actually for production flaws! They agreed to deliver me a duplicate of the guarantee to ensure that I will evaluate it; what an unprofessional point to express for your client

I expected to consult with their supervisor and wound up making a note on his voice-mail; and undoubtedly, I never heard back.
