Poor service

I purchased a set of guys dress shoes for $410 while on holiday in Bay Area. After significantly less than four weeks, the end of the feet wore down. I approached the client support amount shown on the site and was known their corporate workplace. After calling work, I had been informed to come back the sneakers to Neimanmarcus where I'd bought them.

These shoes are just available at certain stores. I'm very dissatisfied within their customer support. I'm an orthopedic doctor and can't suggest these sneakers to my people because of low quality in addition to bad support.
