Never got the items I paid

Last month of September I purchased by charge card two t shirts (84$) on the site of the Bravado Us (that offers product products), to become delivered in France, the Nation I reside in.

They never delivered me the items I settled and, what is actually toughest, their customer support NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS OF GRIEVANCES!

I still have no idea where my t shirts are, or easily may actually be returned of my income.

I tried to contact them by telephone, however itis very costly and very difficult to get a non-English mothertongue individual to keep in touch with someone who talks into another vocabulary, I just recognized the these were likely to deliver my products in France quickly... But this occurred several month 5 before, and that I still do not have information about my purchase!

This Is Actually The toughest support actually, I'll never purchase again anything from Bravado Us and that I recommend nobody does it also, since theirs'a theft!!
