Ripoff nfs chrgs posted and posted again after pending transactions made chrged for cks I never rec'd. Had dir dep and chrg me acct fees

It took 2 months to get my checks after talking to each branch over a 2 month period. Then was charged for nsf fees that I don't understand when moneys were there one day the next day looking at balance has more nsf's. When I complained they always have their say. This last time the nsf was taken when they choose the larger amount so that the account would be overdrawn and they could get an extra 33.00.

Years ago a bank did this exact thing to the elderly and bounced all the smaller checks so their SS direct deposit check would be hit with all the nsf fees. (It was my dad)... Eventually a lawyer got a class action lawsuit against the bank... And they had to pay all those people back. I feel this is the same thing happening here...
