Made payment, never withdrew

Upon recieving a notice from my released charge card organization, I had been angry! I created a cost on 4/16/09 once the statement was due 4/30/09. It claims etc my account record, however they never withdrew the resources from my bill. Today they're getting me $29 overdue fee, $25 non-payment, and $25 returned check fee. There is more resources within the consideration compared to cost outlined and positioned. Terrible TERRIBLE moral system. But I guess if this were them, "somebody better repair this... Asap". What about that same thought to somebody who has NEVER been overdue on the cost, and needs to possess their consideration reopened??
