Did not return money

I bought a purse from rudy333 style purses thru a paypal on e-bay. It wasn't what I anticipated and so I retuned it by email the next day. I did monitor that it had been obtained by rudy333. The quantity which was to become returned was $78.94. It was never returned. I emailed rudy333 on many events and also the reaction was the organization shifted and he wasn't likely to return my money. I delivered criticism thru Paypal that they attempted to get hold of rudy333 but got no response. I simply need my money-back! The corporation appears really shady and that I am certain that they've cheated others. Please help. Stacey (envwater@yahoo.com).
