Disrespect for Custome

I put an order online and taken care of boy-girl corresponding holiday clothes. I obtained a contact that evening that my clothes could be shipped the next evening and anticipated delivary within 2-3 days priority mail. Four business days approved along with a Sunday and that I still hadn't acquired the clothes. I named the dog owner and he or she stated she FORGOT to contact me or mail me and I would like to realize that she did not possess the clothes!!! I needed these clothes for Holiday images. I can not think that I had been permitted to purchase the clothes once they were sold-out and purchase them, obtain a verification email and delivery mail. The dog owner wasn't at-all about satisfying the client. There's no justification that I had been not named or sent. Nearly seven days passed with no operator informing me. I don't suggest purchasing out of this organization. The web site is deceiving in addition to the emails.
