Products never received!

I requested a set of Ugg shoes for $200.00 delivery. Never received a bill however my Charge Card was quickly billed. After 3 months of calling, departing unreturned messages & delivering numerous unanswered emails I appeared online & discovered only rip-off grievances. I really did get thru to some customer support representative on 2 events & was quickly lied to every time. The final moment they stated these were crediting back the delivery costs since my shoes have been postponed such a long time. Our bill was never acknowledged. It's now been nearly 6 months since my purchase & I'venot seen term one.

I've documented the fraud to my Charge Card company. & they're denying the cost. I promote every other target to talk about their encounter & follow legitimate stations against them. Our CC corp. Stated that is what they're likely to do!!!
