Terrible customer service!

I purchased something special for my buddies from Marshall and also the dimension didn't match her and so I desired to trade it. I got the merchandise to new Marshall shop in Stream stop close by IKEA in Portland OR. Because it was something special I got out the cost solution. After I was returning the present towards the shop other seats was onto it except cost. I'd the bill with me aswell.in Exchange area the consultant named supervisor, Harvey, and he waited me atleast 20 units and later he explained the item wasn't theirs with really rude method and directing his hand in my experience he explained he will provide me the buying price of item but he explained that I am liar. I thought really annoyed and furious and informed him that I don't require his cash and that I got my present and quit the shop. It had been incredible I never noticed poor customer support like this. I never can store in virtually any Marshall shops again. I am likely to advance this problem to Marshall department-store executive-level aswell.
