I had been provided a $50 Simon gift-card for Holiday. I used $21.12 at WalMart and $17.46 at Belk. I delivered the item
To Belk after which must have had a stability of $28.88. This return was created 1/11/08. Fourteen days later I'm still attempting to consume the total amount of the card without any chance. The folks in India who area the calls keep showing me to hold back 5 business days. To date, I've waited 2 weeks, with no cash.
