Poor customer service

Just got back from the Ashley Outlet on Martin Luther King here in Vegas. We came in about 5 minutes before closing. Found what we wanted withing a couple minutes and asked where I could pay. I was informed by a nice enough guy that he would write me up a ticket in just a minute. We waited about 25 minutes (I know, stupid me—but I take people at their word). When another associate asked if we were ready, I said, "yeah, I just want to pay and get out of here." He then informed me that the store was closed and they could not make any transactions until tomorrow. He did apologize. However, he didn't have to make us wait 25 minutes to drop that on us. Shame on you, Ashley! You just lost another customer.
