I put an order using the above organization on July 31. It's today July 9 and that I haven't obtained any info regarding my purchase. I've tried calling their customer support number 3 instances simply to get a message that their telephone program is down; on two events, I had been informed that providers were hectic and also to keep a note. Curiously, my phone was never delivered. The organization doesn't have a contact address that one may deliver issues to, or do they've an "order position" choice on the site.

I've never had this kind of bad online buying experience in my own existence and certainly will not be by using this online store again. Something holds true: Instructor's chat... I intend on informing all my colleagues how badly run the corporation is. I'm half persuaded to contact the Greater Business Office.

I think it is fascinating the price (along with a silly delivery cost) was taken from my bank account on a single evening I put the purchase. Nevertheless, I've no idea when, or if, I'll actually get my purchase.
