I've also had a encounter with Lord John's Footwear. I put an order for 2 sets of shoes on May 29th, and my Credit was billed 24 hours later (poor company training to cost the client cost before shipping them the merchandise). I acquired among the sets three months later. On June 30th, I sent to question them concerning the standing of my next set. They replied the product was sold-out and questioned basically needed a return. I replied instantly that I'd just like a return. Three months later, I still hadn't gotten my reimbursement. I put a follow up phone to customer support that I had been on-hold 11 units long-distance (on my mobile - free nationwide calling, but nonetheless) after their toll free amount did not work. I sent again a week later (this week), plus they stated these were running a reimbursement immediately. Suffice it to express, I'll never be using the services of the corporation again. And when the reimbursement does not undergo, I am contesting the cost to my Credit and confirming them towards the New Hampshire Better Business Office (which, incidentally, provides them being an "poor" organization - I want I'd examined their score prior to using the services of them). Consumer beware!
