Purchased premium brand name shoe returns (1000 pairs) minimum.
Received 3 skids (43 boxes) of shoes cheap plastic shoes from china. At the top of each pile of shoes, they threw a pair or two of very used brand name shoes in each of the 43 boxes. We received approximately 60 pairs out of the 1000 shoes. We are now stuck with trying to sell the cheap china shoes at 20% of what we paid for them. Employees are Christine and Amber (sales and shipping). They answer all you questions and once they receive your money your calls go to the answering machine. They have a program out there that can do this. You can't win in court because they know how the system works and run their business in a fashion that falls under civil law where the police cannot do anything. You basically have to take them to court but because they use third parties to supply the orders, you cant win. **RED FLAG** is the wire transfer" as their only method of payment. real businesses take other forms of payment. with wire transfers you cannot recall the money. Once it is there they withdraw money and close the accounts.
