Rude service thrown out of head office lack of knowledge by branch manager abused & mistreated

Initially i was asking for information at the century sq branch on 4th ave in seattle downtown. The csr and branch manager were untrained and flippant concerning my request for financial information. I used to work as a lender so i am aware of what their knowledge level and professionalism should be.

I walked down to the head office on 2nd ave and assumed their board of directors would be interested in hearing from a dissatisfied customer.instead i was treated rudely by their receptionist on the executuve floor and told to leave the building because i was not being 'nice' enough.instaed i then proceeded to their customer relations office on another floor.

There, by another rude 'professional' woman, i was told to call to call an 800# to complain about customer service. This is another example of american office workers (many in these positions are women only) giving rude service they may be used to giving to husbands and boyfirends. At thier work, because so much princess syndroming still goes on there, a male can not place a complaint about a many women's (csr, managers, etc) rude actions in the workplace without being called sexist or chauvinst.

Needless to say, i as a male was pronounced rude and obnoxious because i actually complained about how many of these women staff were treating customers badly, and escorted from the building.
