Changing sticker price, being rude

Went to buy a used video marked 3.99 when i took it to the casheir-manager she peeled off the sticker and said it was a mistake, i informed her if her employees made a mistake she has to give it to me as the price was marked, she got nasty with me, even grocery stores or walmart makes a mistake they have to give it to you price marked, how can she make her own prices? I've bought 300 movies from blockbuster and am pretty upset they could treat a long time custumer this way, i will keep complaining until something is done with this woman or take my buisiness elsewhere.
