Bad mechanics

Brought my car for estimate for tune up said I didn't have a lot of money so he gave me a great price brought car in and waited 4 hrs he told me I needed brake job and other things I asked how much he said don't worry bout it he will take care of it well all done and its another $120 I can make payments on top of my car payment no problem he failed 2 tell me I MUST make in 2 payments i have had to bring car back 5 times cause engine lite goes on now and car putters drives very rough now I got a diagnosis and its my spark plugs that r miss firing he did a tune up? No he didn't he says nothing is wrong with car and now I can't even drive it anymore do not go to these mechanics they completely ruined my car that I still make payments on
