Owner and sales manager utilize strongarm tactics in an attempt to get you to agree to nebulous terms. They fit the stereotypical "used car salesmen" in that they are willing to deceive you in order to get your money. The behavior exhibited while I was there was abhorrent. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
