Dissapponted in service and return ploicy

I recently order car mats for my son's 2002 Z28 Camaro for his 17th birthday. I spent a lot of time checking on line for a dealer and chose USSpeed. I ordered very basic car mats (no logo) and matched the color to what they posted on their website. When the mats arrived my son tried to fit them in his car and they were not even close. The color was also way off.

I called to try to return the mats and was told the mats were custom and they could do nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was speaking to one and he was less than helpful. DO NOT order from these people. I have wasted my money and will never order from them again. I hope they go out of business soon.
