What they almost did but have sone to others

Hello just wanted to know if what I read on the internet is true. Have you replaced that good for I dont know what manager yet. You need to replace most of your sales people and probably the person that hired the sales manager. I hope you brought in somebody that can deal with customers and train your people better. Please post your answer so I know what to tell my fellow truckers. Thank you.
