Fraud Scam dishonest billing stealing lying

Gave a vehicle to this company to lease to another party.
For 2 years payments were made and there were no problems.

Beginning in September the payments on the car were not made. After repeated calling we find out that the owner, Rob Allen, has left the country, the company is bankrupt, and everyone is SOL. The new owner, Ryan, initially seemed helpful, but never called me back and lied to me.

Said Rob Allen was gone, but I stopped in the office a week later and found who. Rob. Who then obviously lied about where my car was, payments, etc. Told me he would call the owner and clear it up. I got no phone calls back after that.

Talked to Ryan again, he said he would help me get the car back. He said he hadnt talked to the new driver in 3 weeks, but would try to contact him. After a week without hearing anything from anyone, I took it upon myself to get the car.

Started calling the driver of the vehicle numerous times, and after finally going to his house to get the car, he tells me US Auto told him not to call me back, that they were going to get the car. He talked to Ryan, the same guy who told me he hadnt made contact in weeks and he didnt know where the car was, but was telling this guy he was going to get it.

Ryan supposedly is beginning is own business, RTH AutoManagement, but is still using the US AutoManagement Office. Beware. He's a liar and will tell you anything so you don't bug him.
