RIPOFF deceptive I made a signed agreement with them they claim they did not get until late, this is a lie I have proof

I had a verbal and written agreement with Drive Financial to have my interest rates lowered on my car loan due to I was out of work and having financial difficulties. This happened on September 30. They asked me to send check stubs, utility bills and references too proove my hardship. I did exactly what they asked

They faxed me a copy of the agreement to sign and fax back. I read over the agreement signed it and faxed it back to them. I talk to one of their employees she stated everything was ok and that was all I needed to do.

On Oct 20. Some guy came to my home to reposses my vehicle, I showed him the paperwork from Drive, he called someone on his cell phone to tell them what he saw. She said it was not approved and for me to give him them vehicle. I was so upset and angry I was not thinking straight. I don't know who was really on the other end of that call. The vehicle was not at home so the guy said he would come back. He did but the car was not here.

I called Drive on the phone, but could not talk to anyone they kept transferring me to a voice mail to leave a message for the lady that was supposed to be handling my account. I called several times a day still no one.

Finally I called and got the person that originally made the agreement with me, she said she received the agreement but it was too late that night when she got it. I have my fax receipts I faxed it earlier that day around 1:00 P.M. Still I have called several times a day no one will call me back. I am angry because I have had a few incidents with them that I believe were deceptive. They should not be allowed to do the things they do to people.
