Raising premeium without warning or notice

Today was my last straw with this company.in july i changed my policy from two cars to just one and place my card back on eft (auto debit). The rep told me that my policy amount would go down significtly from over 200 to 151 for just the one car. I said really that low he folowing month when i was supposed tosays yeah but the amount wont reflect until the month after because the next bill has allready generated. I said ok cool beans. He also updated my info and added me back on auto debit.By the folowing monthida increase. S a floralled again asking they tell me it when the new changes were to refelect it was 176.16. I called them they told me it was an oversight by the rep before and this is my right balance. Even though i was upset i agreed and let it go. The next month rolls around and now its up a few dollars 178.64. I called again they told me it was a florida increase. So now now today i check my acct an it is over drawn by 28.88 35 overdraft charge! I called immediatly i spoke with a rep name amy asked her why has my premium changed again. She says oh you no longer have the eft discount! I said no i added that back when i changed the policy in july. Then she goes on to say that i no longer have the multi vechile policy, but if that was true why didnt it reflect on my other 2 payments? Then she say there was a florida increase i said u gots to be kidding me, whwere is the documentation? Why didnt i receive anything staing any changes, no reply. Im pissed off!
