Unbearable work environment

Being a former employee of Stevenson Honda and giving the company a total of 9 years of my life, I just have to let everyone know that the work environment in the accounting office under the control of Laura Sawyer and Pat Kaballa is unbearable.

I QUIT the company and you just will never know how much weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. Just doing a piece of the accounting side of the dealership under the direction of those two animals who call themselves "people" awful! I would rather pick up cans then to ever go back to work there again. They do not know how to treat thier employees with dignity or respect. Much less care about them personally! You will be hollered at in front of others (even customers). They don't care! Laura treats her office employees like the are not people and just objects to do what she wants them to do. She is a big bully, runs over people and has no common consideration for anyone! I know from experience!

I know that many complaints have been made about this situation at the honda dealership, but unless you have been exposed year after year to that treatment day after day, you will never understand!!! ANYONE who has the opportunity to go to work for Stevenson Honda, DO NOT DO IT!!! For your own sanity. They will beat you down everyday until you just give into their crap!!!

I am SO glad to be away from that place. Good luck to all that is stuck "in jail" now and hope for your release soon!

I know that Johnny Stevenson has hired "some guy" that is to be in the Wilmington office revamping everything and I hope that he finds out what has been going on in that place of business and how numbers have been crunched to cushion certian paychecks. That office has lost ALOT of great employees because of bad treatment and horrible work conditions.
