Hunt Auto Group consumer fraud

I worked at NWA Volkswagen and during the time I was there I witnessed customers being sold Zurich Shield protection for their new cars that they either didn't receive or only partialy received. This service costs around $800 and is designed to protect a vehicles interior and exterior. I was instructed to just apply it to the trunk, top, and hood so, as per instructions by the Detail Manager, that's what I did. I later learned by a rep from Zurich Shield that the car was supposed to be done inside and out. When I said something about it I was labeled a whistle blower and confrontations insued. I did not know at the time I was ripping anyone off but I know now. Beware!
