Miller Auomotive Group
Miller Honda Culver City, Miller Toyota, rip-off! Requiring financing customers to get GAP Insurance. Will tell you that you cannot get financed without it

Cars & Transport

I refused the GAP insurance by manager, who insisted that I could not get financed without it. He immediately got his supervisor who insisted that I could not get financed without it. Even though the contract says I could refuse it. They insisted that I had to.

Later, I found out that that was illegal. The reason why I would not get financed was because they were pricing the car $3000 more than what the bank would finance. To sell the car they had to convince me that i had to get the GAP or forfeit the sale.
