Thrifty car rental
Charged Additional insurance even when told no thanks. Refunded only half when I complained. Very very dishonest

I emphatically told the attendant no to additional insurance charges. Got charged anyway after the fact, when I got my credit card bill. When I rang, they only refunded half. Warning, ask them to print the contract and review it carefully as the computer screen they ask you to read it from is too small. This could be a recent thing thrifty is doing as this is my 3rd rental from them and the previous 2 rentals went fine. Very very dishonest. As a tourist, it left a very bad taste in my mouth about car rentals in USA.
