On 9/24 I walked into the buy a used part for my honda crv the salesman by the name Jonh told me he did not have it but he can get it the next day if I pay for it that monent. The total was $135.3, I left a deposit of $110.00. I went back the next day in the afternoon and the store was closed. I called the next day they told me they did not get it yet but call tomow. I kept calling every day day for 2 weeks, some days nobody answered the phone. On 10/06 I drove to the store another salesman by the name Derek told me they got the wrong part, I asked them for my money back that I will buy the part somewhere else but, they they said they don't refund money onky give credit credit. I asked them then to get me another that cost much less, they ok they will have in 3 days. I called them today and they told they don't have call tomorrow. I told them since they can't get my part I want my money back, they said they won't give my money back.
