Ripoff FRAUD Never recieved my AEM EMS after I payed $950!

I purchased a AEM EMS for $900 from Mr. Cardona.
Never recieved the item! Contacted him once over the phone and he assured me that the item was on it's way. Never heard from him again. Sent e-mails and left message after message on his cell phone.

I have know contacted the Indianapolis police department and put it in their hands. From what I've read it seems this guy is in a world of trouble if people find out where he is.

I live in Maryland, but believe me if and when things go to court I will be there ASAP! Apparently this guy thinks he can steal from people, and I will do what ever I need to persue this and any other matter I may be needed for in regards to this thief.
