Total Rip-Off Companny! Had a problem with my 2001 Ford Taurus, took it back to them to fix the problem 6 times? Each time it was, oh it was this making it do this and we fixed the problem! Finally after going through their complaint office Anglea Powell (a "Big Joke") DriveTime's management should be ashame of how they treat customers. Return phones calls? Fat Chance! This company need to Shut their Doors forever!!!
