I am so very upset. I ordered at From you Flowers, nowhere in the description does it say roses are sent in a box via UPS with a vase separate and when they get to the hospital they have to be arranged. I am so disappointed in this company I would have ordered from some wheres else. Think twice before ordering from here. When I called the place all they could say is I am very sorry That was a poor excuse. My friend is in a body cast in the hospital. She was brought there by lifeflight.
