Cresecent Bank Employee are very rude on the phone, and I ask them not to call my job, and they call my job constantly. My employer does not allow personal call from bill collectors

When I purchase my car, and dealers funding called me the interest rate had change, and the payments. They constantly called my job leaving message when I ask them not to call my job under no circumstances. I work for Lockheed Martin and not allowed personal calls. I try to pay my bill on time, but these people are so nasty to you and talk down to you. They are always threatening you. I wish I could just give the car back. I found out later that they are attached to Crescent Bank and if I had knew this I would have never purchase a car with this company. I have a 2008 Dodge avenger I brought for my daughter that started out at 12,000 and when they finish adding the interest the car later came to 28,000 how is that. This has to be illegal. You can't fax them a cease and decease calling your job, because they refuse to give you their fax number. Do notice they have only a P.O. Box number. I am seeking a lawyer to get out of this deal without this crap going on my credit. Right now I owe my payment for September which was due on the 10th. And I am needing to pay next week. They are very rude. I have no problem paying my bill but these people are so nasty, and they talk to you like you are nothing. I want them to quit calling my job, if because I am less than 30 days late and they want to get the car so be it, its just not worth the head ache.
