Tried to overcharge for simple repair

A squirrel had chewed a wire that is very visible when you open the hood. They charged 100.00 for a diagnostic test that they did not perform, they wanted 300.00 more to reconnect the wire i asked how many hours it would take and they said 3 hrs. We declined their work. They acted as if they did not care we took car to another private repair facility. They said it would take a half hour at a cost of around 39.00 len stoler showed no loyalty to a new car customer which we were it was a bad experience and i would advise anyone not to do business with them they are true ripoffs.
