Lied about the trade-in they were going to give to us

We were TOLD we would receive $2800.00 for our
trade-in. We did not realize until we got home
tat they only gave us a $1,000 trade in. WE were LIED to. When we tried to do something about it they just gave us a run-around. They tried to say we got a good deal, but I disagree, as we could have sold it for at least $3,000.

NOW they just ignore us, hoping we will go away

I do not like being lied to to make a sale.
