I bought a 1957 Chevy from Richard Runyon that he advertised In black & white, as having a rebuilt motor, recored radiator, all new interior, paint, belt, hoses, battery and rebuilt drivetrain. All an outright lie! He told me on the phone of the brand new chrome bumpers. Another lie. He flips classic cars online and advertises on eBay and will encourage you to call him to buy and end the auction early. Do not fall for this trap. This is how he gets around the eBay protection. He will claim that everyone in Shenandoah Iowa knows him and will vouch for his honesty. "That he would never cheat anybody". He is the biggest cheat in Iowa! Do not buy from this man!
