JD Byryder, Morgantown, West Virginia What a Total Waste of TIME!

My husband and I were shopping around for an affordable car for our teenage son. He decided to check out jd byryders website. We were inundated with calls and eventually made an appointment to meet with a sales person.

We had initially spoken to Jen Mcatee. After telling her what we were willing to pay, which was no more than 160.00 per month, she assured me that they could accommidate our needs.

Upon arriving at the lot we were greeted with an upbeat an anxious salesman. He told us the process that we had to go through before choosing a car, and that it would take 40 min tops. Unfortunately, he was multitasking with other prospective buyers and the application process with him took 2 hours.

After our app process, we had to meet with a financial specialist who proceeded to ask us exactly the same questions as Tom, Our salesperson. I was completely aggravated at this point, and told her what I was willing to pay. She in turn replied that they have never financed a loan for less than 300.00 per month. At this point I stood up and exclaimed emphatically that they wasted 2 hours of our time and we were done here. I told her that Jen Mcatee told us they could help. She in turn said those in the call center are not allowed to give us prices or a bottom line. We walked out. It took us 40 minues to get to this dealership.

To add insult to injury we were sent a letter of denial stating that we dont need another car. LOL!!! Seriously?

My husband and I purchased a vehicle for our son from another car dealer at less than the price we were willing to pay, And it has the same warranty!

My sincere thanks to the shoddy service at your Morgantown location. You saved me a lot of money!
