After serving a 5 year sentence with the Federal Government, Mr Dean takes possession of cars, sells them but forgets to pay the owner of the vehicles. He hides behind his freind who (for now is a licensed dealer) They funnel the cars in and out before the people are aware of the situation. E bay is constantly closing him down, but some how some way Dean opens up again under another persons name??? He WILL RUN out of suckers.

Check cashing Fraud, auto theft fraud, and Title Duplication W/O permission. When he has his teeth in and he is smoking, thats when you realize is is telling the truth...
