1st of all Richard (mgr of this Victorville branch is very rude) because it was ten min. To six, closing time he quoted me his special price. Two pieces were needed to complete the wheel alignment so he said, total for both pieces @ auto store came to about $20&he quoted $107 mind you they never moved the nut to perform the service, and there was no play in the tire.

He quoted parts and labor for a radiator @ $289&again at the auto parts store the price for the radiator was only $99 I was also told, I needed my serpatine belts replaced again the cost of one $7 and the other $11, but his price again @ a deal and he couldn't quote the same price the next day. Was about $120 approx.

Overall, I was looking at $500 before taxes - and all I wanted was a wheel alignment with the coupon I had for $49, which he also said it would be $10 more if the alignment was needed on the rear wheels. Richard, said his location was a franchise and that speaks for itself.
