Gerald Fitzgerald Excellent service - tennis stringing

I brought my tennis racquette to be re-strung and after a week, was told that I shouldn't have been told that they could do it because the guy who performs this service was not scheduled to be in. Finally, I was given Mr. Fitzgerald and he said he was sorry and that he would personally bring the racquette to their Latham location and have it back by friday. I told him I really needed it for Wednesday but said Friday would do. This was Tusday night. He called me Wednesday morning and said it was all set. He had brought it to the other location, had it re-strung and brought it back to crossgates after we spoke! This was outstanding customer service and greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!
