My mother sent me flowers through this website because I am 10 hours away from home and she is very sick. We always send or give each other things. I used proflowers.com and she recieved hers that morning and was so very happy with the outcome. Here I am still sitting and no longer waiting on mine because I have read the reviews and apparently my SICK mother was taken for her money which hurts me the most because my mother had no money to send me something like this but because she doesn't want her child to go without she put her trust into this website. The customer serviceare ignorant and they tell me i dont understand that the florist that is suppose to deliver my flowers has transferred their calls to them and the only way they can get in touch with them is to send them a email. Funny. I know this review wont stop anyone from ordering because people buy withouw
t seeing the fine print. But I am almost prepared for a lawsuit against them. Wish me well!
