Has lost the TRUST and accountability from this family

Brought my car in from someone rear-ending me. Told them about the new noises along with the body. Was told once the body was fixed they would know. 3x i went to get it and the car was the same or worse. No one ever test drove it after each test!

The front noise the Mech said was due to a low tire and it just needed a $16.00 plug and a sway bar to get rid of the noise in the back. Neither one worked and my car is worse then before.

Requested the sway bar and never got it. Paid for a dignostic test for the noises and never got it. They say it is not due to the accadent but they have no idea what it is.

I was even told in the middle of all this was to bring the car somewhere else to fix one thing and bring it back so they can look and fix others.

Last time they charged me for work not even done to my car. Just a dignostic work but they said they fixed something. If i did not look i would have been out the money. And since they just did this 4 weeks prior and there was no noise then how can they say not due to the accadent and ask me to pay for it when they do not even know what it is yet. I am out a lot of money because someone hit me.

After 20 something years our family has lost there credability with us.
